Terms and Conditions

These Terms & Conditions govern the booking, purchase, and use of services provided by TRAINETIC LUCIUS SPORT COACHING SERVICES L.L.C S.O.C through www.trainetic.shop, by telephone, WhatsApp, email, or other direct communication channels.

By booking, purchasing, or using any service, the client agrees to these Terms & Conditions.

2. Services

The company provides sport coaching services, including but not limited to:

  • Personal Training
  • 1:1 Sessions
  • Training Packages

Services may be provided:

  • at the client’s location
  • at a gym
  • at another agreed location

All services are provided as sport coaching and fitness-related services only.

3. No Medical or Healthcare Services

All services offered through this website and under these Terms are non-medical coaching services.

They do not constitute:

  • medical treatment
  • physiotherapy
  • rehabilitation
  • diagnosis
  • healthcare services
  • any other licensed medical service

The services are intended solely for fitness, sport coaching, performance, and general physical training purposes.

4. Bookings

Bookings may be made through:

  • the website
  • Amelia booking system
  • WhatsApp
  • telephone
  • email

A booking is only considered confirmed once it has been explicitly accepted by the company and full payment has been received.

Until confirmation and payment are completed, any appointment status (including “pending”) does not constitute a binding booking.

The minimum booking notice is 3 hours before the appointment time.

5. Payments

Payment is due immediately upon booking or before the appointment, depending on the booking method and service selected.

Accepted payment methods may include:

  • online payment via Stripe
  • bank transfer to the company account
  • other payment methods approved by the company

The company reserves the right to refuse, cancel, or withhold a booking where payment has not been received in full.

6. Cancellation Policy

Clients may cancel an appointment free of charge up to 24 hours before the scheduled appointment time.

If a cancellation is made less than 24 hours before the appointment, 100% of the booked amount is payable and non-refundable.

7. Rescheduling Policy

Rescheduling is permitted up to 24 hours before the scheduled appointment time.

Requests made less than 24 hours before the appointment may be refused and may be treated as a late cancellation.

8. No-Show Policy

If a client does not attend a scheduled appointment and does not provide proper notice, this is considered a no-show.

In the event of a no-show:

  • the full session fee remains due
  • no refund will be issued
  • the missed session may be deducted from a package, if applicable

9. Packages

Where training packages are purchased, the following applies unless otherwise agreed in writing:

  • a 12-session package must be used within 2 months
  • unused sessions expire automatically after that period
  • expired sessions are forfeited and are non-refundable unless the company decides otherwise in writing

10. Refunds

All payments are non-refundable unless otherwise explicitly agreed in writing by the company.

Any exception to this policy is granted solely at the discretion of the company and does not establish any entitlement for future cases.

11. Late Arrival

If a client arrives late, the lost time will not be added to the end of the session.

The session will still end at the originally scheduled time, and the full fee remains payable.

12. Client Fitness and Personal Responsibility

By booking and participating in any service, the client confirms that:

  • they are physically able and fit to participate in training
  • they take full responsibility for their own physical condition and participation
  • they will stop training immediately if they feel unwell, unsafe, or unable to continue
  • they understand that physical exercise carries inherent risks

Clients are responsible for informing the coach of any relevant physical limitations before the session begins, where appropriate.

13. Assumption of Risk

The client understands and accepts that participation in training, exercise, and physical coaching activities involves inherent risks, including but not limited to:

  • physical strain
  • injury
  • aggravation of existing conditions
  • discomfort
  • fatigue
  • accidents occurring during or around training sessions

Participation is entirely at the client’s own risk.

14. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, TRAINETIC LUCIUS SPORT COACHING SERVICES L.L.C S.O.C shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or exemplary loss, damage, injury, cost, or expense arising out of or in connection with:

  • participation in training sessions
  • use of services
  • missed appointments
  • scheduling changes
  • physical injury or discomfort
  • loss of personal belongings
  • use of third-party gyms, venues, or client-selected locations

Nothing in these Terms shall exclude liability where such exclusion is not permitted by applicable law. UAE consumer protections apply and some exclusions may not be enforceable in every circumstance.

15. Third-Party Locations

Where services are provided at a gym, residential building, outdoor space, or other third-party location, the company is not responsible for:

  • the condition of the venue
  • equipment provided by third parties
  • actions or omissions of third parties
  • access restrictions
  • parking, security, or facility issues

16. Minimum Age

Services are intended for adults only.

Clients must be at least 18 years old unless expressly accepted otherwise in writing by the company.

17. Website and Service Information

The company aims to keep all website content, pricing, descriptions, and service information accurate. However, the company reserves the right to:

  • change services
  • change prices
  • change durations
  • change availability
  • change policies
  • correct errors or omissions at any time without prior notice

18. Right to Refuse Service

The company reserves the right to refuse or discontinue services where reasonably necessary, including but not limited to:

  • inappropriate behaviour
  • unsafe conduct
  • non-payment
  • repeated no-shows or late cancellations
  • misuse of the booking system
  • conduct that places the coach or others at risk

19. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Arab Emirates, as applied in the Emirate of Dubai.

20. Jurisdiction

Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms & Conditions shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Dubai, unless mandatory law requires otherwise.

21. Language

These Terms & Conditions may be made available in English and German.

In the event of any inconsistency, ambiguity, or conflict between language versions, the English version shall prevail, unless otherwise required by law.

22. Changes to Terms

The company may update these Terms & Conditions at any time. The updated version will apply from the date published on the website.
